Our orders are processed quickly, so we typically cannot make modifications once an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email us at support@koreanspa.co within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you. However, if your order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order after it has been placed.


DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM

Accidents can happen. You can rest assured that we are here for you!

If you received a damaged item, please report to support@koreanspa.co within 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email. A return of the damaged product is not needed.

Once we confirm that the defect is not due to product misuse, we will offer you a free replacement.

Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

RETURNS/REFUNDS

In order to be eligible for a refund, we ask that you return the product(s) you received within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once the order arrives and is inspected by our team, your refund will be processed and the amount you paid will be automatically credited in your original method of payment, in 2-7 business days. Keep in mind that for hygiene reasons, the item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.

Returning packages to the address on the shipping label without first contacting us will not make you liable for a refund.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for the payment of the returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A trackable shipping method is mandatory, and we will not be able to process a refund if one is not used.

Please, note that our company does not provide refunds in case of product misuse or because the customer changed his mind.


We are not responsible for situations in which customers gave us the wrong details when placing the order. Therefore, refund requests related to this type of situations won't be attended.



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 10 days of being approved, then contact your bank. It may take some time for your refund to be processed and officially posted. 

If you have contacted your bank and are still having issues, please contact us via email support@koreanspa.co. 


WRONG ADDRESS

Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.

In these situations, we are able to reship the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.

This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.


My package got lost/was stolen, what can I do?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the address of delivery, as well as the date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to further investigate.

Here at Korean Spa we strive to give our customers the best experience possible as we believe that is the most important thing for any online-based company. 

Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts:


PROCESSING TIME: 

Our processing time includes order verification, product tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Processing starts within 12 hours of placing your order.


SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep. 


Orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your residency. However, if our national warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from one of the other warehouses. 


Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from and the current state of the freight lines. 


Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can. 


All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent 12-24 hours, you can track your order here.


NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state/country, shipping times may be delayed due to shipping constraints. Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@koreanspa.co as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it again to the correct address.


RETURNS

By placing an order at Korean Spa, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to refund your package.


INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Korean Spa, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

The goods are shipped from the supplier to you. As a consequence all prices on our website are excluding VAT and customs duties.
